Short Code Service - 12 Months / 30 day cancellation period
• Revenue share will be paid out as follows. Customer will receive a schedule by the 6th of every month. Customer will invoice ERPGO according to the schedule where after ERPGO will pay out the said revenue share
• Kindly be advised that engaging in reverse billed services entails substantial risks, and clients are strongly urged to assess the potential risks associated with utilizing a reverse billed short code. In the event of a social media breach leading to unauthorized and excessive transactions, it is expressly stipulated in this agreement that the responsibility for addressing any such misuse of the reverse billed short code service falls squarely upon the customer.
• The minimum payout threshold for short code revenue share is R 500.00. In the event that the total revenue earned in a given month does not reach the minimum threshold of R 500.00, ERPGO shall not disburse any revenue share. Additionally, any shortfall in revenue share earnings for a specific month cannot be carried forward or accumulated over multiple months. For instance, if a customer accrues only R 250.00 in revenue share during a particular month, the unmet balance will be forfeited.
• Either party may terminate this subscription agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days in advance, calculated based on a one-month calendar period, before the desired termination date. Such notice shall be delivered via email to the respective contact provided in this agreement. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period, and any fees or charges for services rendered during that period shall remain payable.
