In a normal scenario, support is different from Offshore, but we have come up with a great initiative which includes all services in support packages!
We provide ERP Support Packages. This is the best option for customers who require some customization and are interested in paying for just a few hours of customisation instead of going for the entire project cost.
Our Methodology
Remote Control and Support
This option is available to save fees for ONSITE VISITS. Many operations for the undersigned company can be performed remotely (as opposed to onsite at a client’s physical location) via the internet and Remote server access, via VPN or remote client application. The minimum remote support charge is 30 minutes. The undersigned company or organization must provide remote control software as described above.
Hours of Operation
Erpgo.Tech Services’s Support Department operating hours are 10:00 am to 07:00 pm Indian Standard Time. Queries by Text message, voice calls or mails may be placed to Erpgo.Tech Services’ Technical Desk during these times. Queries coming into our office before 3:00 pm will be returned the same day if possible (due to time limitations they may be returned after 7:00 pm or by midnight.
Time / Volume of Support
This agreement and price structure are based on the AVERAGE requirement for support. We expect that during the first 2 to 4 weeks of use, the volume and length of support queries will be much greater than that in the following weeks and months. Erpgo.Tech Services reserves the right to reduce or increase the rates of this agreement for later agreements.
Assignment of Designated Contacts
The person signing this contract should say the name of the person(s) who will be the designated contact(s) at the time this agreement is signed. The designated contact within the undersigned company or organization may be changed if necessary.
Unresolved Queries
Not all queries can be resolved while the technician is on the text chat or voice at once. Some queries require testing and/or assistance from our programming department to resolve. Erpgo.Tech Services will keep the designated contact person updated as to the status of the open queries if the problem cannot be resolved while on the text chat or voice with the technician. All open queries will be worked on by Erpgo.Tech Services with the mentioned time frame commitment as of the date.
